Satisfied employee has a sense of belonging to the company

Many would agree, that employees are the biggest asset of the company. And more, that employees should be motivated, satisfied and successful. CVS Mobile, which has 120 employees in more than 15 countries around the world, was also aware of the importance of sense of belonging and thus of positive internal communication. In order to connect employees working in different departments, such as sales, marketing, support, montage, administration, purchasing and development in unified team, we prepared internal communication strategy for the company.
With consistent and continuous communication with employees, increasing employee knowledgeability and consequently reaching better understanding of the company’s strategy, CVS Mobile increased the sense of employee involvement, their trust and loyalty and, consequently, their satisfaction.
